Standard Parcel Handling
Per parcel for standard customers.
Includes parcel receiving, account processing and parcel portal access.
Business Parcel Handling
Per parcel for business/high-volume members.
Available through our High Volume Shipper Plan.

Then £0.50 per parcel per day after the free storage period.

International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are calculated based on your parcel’s actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, destination country and the courier service selected.

UKWF also offers a Personal Shopping Service for customers who are unable to purchase directly from UK retailers.
Personal Shopping Fee

Covers purchasing the item on your behalf, retailer transaction management and order handling.

International shipping and import charges are paid separately later.
Personal shopping orders are prepaid only and currently paid through Wise or bank transfer. Once items are purchased on your behalf, they are non-refundable through UKWF.
UK domestic delivery from the retailer to our facility is passed on where applicable.
Business & High Volume Shipping
If you regularly send parcels through UKWF, the High Volume Shipper Plan can reduce your per-parcel handling fee and give you a more suitable setup for repeated shipping.
