Use Your UK Delivery Address
When shopping online, use your UKWF delivery address at checkout. This allows UK retailers, marketplaces and suppliers to deliver your parcels to our UK facility.
We Receive Your Parcel
When your parcel arrives, we create a parcel record in your account. You can then see the parcel in your portal and decide what you want to do next.
Choose Any Extra Services
You can request optional services such as parcel photos, internal inspection, repacking, extra protection packaging, condition checks, express handling or consolidation where suitable.
Complete Customs and Delivery Details
