Once your order arrives at our warehouse, it is added to your UKWF portal inside your account so you can forward it internationally or consolidate it with other parcels.

Personal shopping fees

We charge a 10% personal shopping service fee, with a minimum fee of £10 per request.

Your quote will clearly show:

item cost + UK domestic delivery to our warehouse (where applicable) + UKWF personal shopping fee

International shipping, optional parcel handling services, and any customs duties or taxes are charged separately later through the normal forwarding process.

A personal shopping service means UK Worldwide Forwarding purchases goods from UK retailers on your behalf after reviewing your request and receiving payment.

Instead of trying to place the order yourself, you send us the product details. We check the request, confirm the cost, send you a quote, and if approved and paid, we make the purchase for you.

Once the retailer order arrives at our warehouse, it is logged into your UKWF portal inside your account, ready for forwarding or later consolidation.

The same email includes instructions on how to pay. We only purchase once cleared payment has been received.

Once payment is received, UKWF purchases the approved item or items on your behalf.
