Once your order arrives at our warehouse, it is added to your UKWF portal inside your account so you can forward it internationally or consolidate it with other parcels.

We charge a 10% personal shopping service fee, with a minimum fee of £10 per request.
Your quote will clearly show:
item cost + UK domestic delivery to our warehouse (where applicable) + UKWF personal shopping fee
International shipping, optional parcel handling services, and any customs duties or taxes are charged separately later through the normal forwarding process.
What is a personal shopping service?
A personal shopping service means UK Worldwide Forwarding purchases goods from UK retailers on your behalf after reviewing your request and receiving payment.
Instead of trying to place the order yourself, you send us the product details. We check the request, confirm the cost, send you a quote, and if approved and paid, we make the purchase for you.
Once the retailer order arrives at our warehouse, it is logged into your UKWF portal inside your account, ready for forwarding or later consolidation.

When the retailer shipment arrives at our warehouse, it is added to your UKWF portal inside your account for forwarding or consolidation.

Can I request multiple items at once?
Yes. You can submit multiple items in one request, including items from the same retailer or from different retailers.
What happens after you purchase the items?
Once the retailer ships the order and it arrives at our warehouse, it is logged into your UKWF portal inside your account. You can then choose to forward it internationally or hold it for consolidation with other parcels.
How do I pay?
If your request is approved, we email you a quote and instructions for payment by Wise or bank transfer. We only purchase once cleared payment has been received.
Does the quote include international shipping?
No. The personal shopping quote covers the item cost, UK domestic delivery to our warehouse where applicable, and our service fee. International shipping, parcel handling, and import charges are handled separately later.
